Launching: The Global Peace Flight (Atlanta) from our “World’s Biggest & Busiest Airport” will honor Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthplace and build “The Gandhi-King Global Peace Connection.” This major peace project is one of 7 created by Atlanta: City of Peace, Inc. We invite and welcome YOU to participate as an “Official Founder” (regardless of where on Earth you live).
The Atlanta: City of Peace nonprofit is VERY committed to convincing Sir Richard Branson (of the $9 BILLION -Virgin Group of companies) to launch his Virgin Galactic- "World's 1st Spaceline" from Atlanta’s huge airport (now home of “The World’s Biggest Airline with Delta and Northwest merger)! WE offer Sir Branson’s historic Maiden flight of "The World’s 1st Spaceline" (from a commercial airport) the opportunity to eventually carry a courageous global peace precedent in this 1st Decade of the 1st Century in: “The Peace Millennium!” The goal for Atlanta: City of Peace, Inc. is to convince Sir Branson to schedule this flight before the end of 2010. WHY? Because this is a very special decade and it’s called: “The International Decade for a Culture of Peace” and it’s supported by over 777 peace related organizations from around the Earth!
Our nonprofit is assembling the "Team 4 Peace" (four globally known peacemakers) to carry a "Peace Flag" during this historic flight. This will GREATLY nurture and further the cause of Global Peace and the health of our entire Global Family! We have identified an ideal Chair of the Global Peace Flight Committee. We believe Mr. John Foley is qualified considering he was Lead Solo Pilot of the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Squadron which does over 300 shows world-wide on an annual basis. He is also a Stanford Business School Fellow, Entrepreneur and CEO of CenterPoint Companies which provides solid tools on how to raise performance throughout an organization. With his three Master degrees in Strategic Studies, Business Management, and International Policy Mr. Foley is the best qualified to rally like-minded visionaries world-wide and create the master plan on how to reach Sir Richard Branson with our historic objective. Join us in our effort to secure Mr. Foley’s leadership and millions of others to claim outer-space in the cause of Global Peace for our Global Family!
